The Frigomatic keel cooled system is simply the most efficient, reliable and quietest system on the market.

The K50f keel cooled compressor is used with a separate keel cooler condenser - an external heat exchanger bonded through the hull below the water line. The keel cooled system is highly efficient using water which is 20x better at conducting heat than air with the added advantage that the refrigerant is cooled by the sea water without the need for a water pump. Ideal for Mediterranean and tropical installations, favoured by GRP and steel construction boats.
